We select the knives we carry from hundreds of brands and styles. We try not to confuse the buyer with hundreds of decisions to make and wondering if these knives are any good. We don't sell knives we do not trust. There are many other good knives we do not carry just because it can become too confusing.We are looking for knives that stand the test of time, not just a new fad.
