Marbles 2000 Trailcraft Knife with Silverwood Carver handle
Marbles Trailcraft
Introduced by Mike Stewart in 2000, the Trailcraft, is a compact outdoor/sporting knife for general purpose tasks, quickly became one of Marble's most popular designs. The cutting edge of the Trailcraft has the profile curve of the classical Woodcraft and Fieldcraft. The curvature offers fast and efficient cutting power from the choil to the point. The Trailcraft blade is shorter than the Woodcraft or Fieldcraft, but has a stout blade for rugged use. The backspine sweeps upward from the guard so you can exert thumb pressure on the back of the blade to help in heavy cutting tasks. The spine then tapers with a clip point style. An elongated choil allows you to grasp the blade with your forefinger in front of the guard. This gives you better blade control when performing more delicate maneuvers
