Smith & Wesson 6051 Boot knife, USA made

In 1981 Smith & Wesson introduced the American Series Featuring a 440 stainless steel blade, Posi-Grip handle and Wessonhide sheath. Manufactured in the USA by Vermont Knives for Smith & Wesson, they were sold through S&W dealers.

The knife features a:

  • 4 3/4" Double Edge, black coated Blade to reduce reflection.
  • Posi-grip handle
  • Brass Guard
  • Safety Lanyard hole
  • Boot/Belt sheath with Spring Metal clip and quick release safety strap
  • Full Length Tang
  • Weight 6.3 oz.

Knife is used. The sheath shows use; the blade is in great condition. Judge from the photos.
