Vintage Sharp D-40 Filet Knife- Japan

Sharp" was a U.S. Importer of knives in the late 1970s to 1980s period. They offered a selection of Seki, Japan made fixed blades, sold through retailers. Some were manufactured by Ichiro Hattori.

• BLADE LENGTH:                     4-1/4” – AUS 8 steel
• POMMEL                                 Nickel silver
• HANDLE:                                Stabilized wood or bamboo
• SHEATH:                                Leather factory sheath. 

Knife and sheath are used but in good condition. There is a minor deviation in the tip of the knife, blade in good overall condition and sharp. Judge condition from the photos. A great tackle box bait or fillet knife.
