Ka-bar 1273 Bob Dozier (KBD1) Army Fighting Knife.

KA-BAR model #1273 KBD1, designed by custom knife maker Bob Dozier, offers a black oval shaped non-slip Kraton G thermoplastic elastomer handle providing excellent grip and control. An epoxy powder coated, high carbon steel (1095) blade with a hardness rating of [HRC 56-58]. The full 7" blade is sharpened to 20 / 20 degrees with buff polished edges. Knife has a uniquely shaped blade with a small belly on the cutting edge

Knife was discontinued back in 2008 and comes with original sheath, box, cardboard blade sleeve as pictured. Blade finish excellent, appears to have never been carried or sharpened. Judge from the photos for yourself.
