Ontario U.S. Army Quartermaster Knife P3

The original Quartermaster, the Cattaraugus 225Q was designed for supply personnel with a unique stout pointed tip used to pry open crates, and a heavy pommel to pound the crates closed. It quickly became very popular with WWII Infantry troops and used in combat. This Ontario reproduction knife has a 10-3/4 overall length and a 6" 440A stainless steel blade. It features a stacked leather handle with brass guard and butt. Comes with a sturdy brown leather belt sheath with 2 keeper straps. Knife made in the USA. No longer produced.

This is NOS in original box, never used. The edges of the box have U.V, discoloration, probably stored on a shelf. Knife protected in sheath is in amazing condition. Sheath shows minor effects of storing knife.
